Hi friends

I m coding on powerapps an followup list. Every month 15 trainer records their works. But i need an information about who dont have any recorded entry for this month.

i wanna send an email with flow, i have 15 trainer and

these names recorded their works.

These trainers doesnt recorded any item.

How can i do it on flow

Could you explain more about how your data is structured? Where are the entries for the month recorded? Is it a SharePoint list or something like that? How are the entries recorded? And are you looking for entries in the last calendar month (example, December) or the last 30 days?

I have a trainer list "trainers" on Sharepoint list. 15 Trainer recorded. These trainers recording their works. Entries recorded same sharepoint list "works". An example 1-31 December (last month), our trainers will record their works and next month İn Jan 1 i need a flow, this flow will send an email.

these trainers recorded their works.
trainer1
trainer3
....
These trainers doesnt recorded any item.
trainer6
trainer8
....

Seems like Power Automate is going to be better than a Power App for that one
