Have you tried changing your password, per the message?
Also, I would make sure you are signed out totally, clear cache, clear cookies, go incognito and try again.

Typical Microsoft sign-in issue, update your windows and restart your devices
I have done the above but same issue.
As per passwords, i'm not sure which account password its telling me to change, as when i click the "update password" it just refreshes the page. Am i to update Power Apps password or One Drive Password
All Microsoft id/pw use the same login for teams,onedrive,sp, etc etc. and it should be automatically signed in to all of your application. Also check on Windows > search > Manage Windows Credentials > find your Microsoft login and remove them. Every setting was made/edit/removed, restart your pc and try again
