How to Change the Email Message that Power Automate Sends

Posted on by

I created a flow that takes the email address from a Form and sends an email to the submitter with the meeting information (See attached image). The form is a registration form for my organization. When someone registers, an email is sent to them with the meeting information for them to add to their calendar.

Unfortunately, the email message being sent contains the correct meeting information, but it is also sending an email header that contains the wrong time.

How can I edit the email message that is being sent? Is there a way to change the email without having it re-sent to everyone? I need the messages going forward to new registrants to be correct.

I have updated the calendar event multiple times, but it is not the message that is being sent. FYI - I am a complete noob to this.

FYI - When I set up the flow, I created a calendar event and placed it in its own folder, but that is not the message that is being sent. Some other message is being sent.
