Setting up Omnichannel for Agent transfer

Hi All,

 

I am setting up Omnichannel for Agent transfer. It requires to install Omnichannel Power Virtual Agent Extension and when I tried installing it is not showing my environment in "Select environment".

So I created a different environment from Power Platform Admin Center. This environment is showing in "Select environment" but when I try to install the Omnichannel package it says "This app can't be installed because its packages aren't compatible with this environment".

Please help me with this.
