HI Team,

 

Could you let me know whether we can upload a document from local into suggested Topics? or what way i can upload a document into topics which is not available publicly?

    For the suggested topics feature, the link or document must be publicly accessible on the internet. See the following for more information on what this feature supports at:

    Another option if your bot is in the US region and you are using the web version of Power Virtual Agents is the Generative Answers feature. Support for using uploaded documents is now available in
