Unable to populate word template from Parsed JSON

I am initiating the flow from powerapps using ClearCollect to record all the form data and using JSON to transfer into flow. On the flow side, I can see JSON parsed but the next step to create Word document failed.

I have experienced this issue and the solution is recreating the flow.

Actually I don't want to populate a complete array of information in flow. I Just need to transfer one field Iist ID that is also part of powerapp form & then I can populate word template from sharepoint list.
How can I transfer the form filed TxtID to flow ChangeRequestApprovalDocument.Run(
Any suggestion to do this without JSON?
