App is not bringing in the most up-to-date data from source file

I have a live app that was refreshing up until the end of May. My source data is refreshing and pulling in new data (Sharepoint). The app isn't failing, it just is not refreshing w/ the new data from my Sharepoint file. Nothing has changed, not the location of the file. I try doing a manual refresh in PowerApps, it doesn't do anything.

Try sorting your list by ID Descending and see if your data is there. You may have a delegation issue.
