Entity Ownership: When Organization and When User/Team?

I am reading this article in the docs and want to make sure I understand the difference between giving a new entity "Organization" ownership versus "User/Team" ownership.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/wp-security-cds

Most of the entities I am creating will require people within the company as well as our clients to add/change/view data in the CDS.  However, we do not want to grant Client A access to change/view Client B's data in an entity. Eg: in a custom entity "Projects," we would want Client A to view/change/access data about their project but not Client B's project. Therefore I believe I should choose "User/Team" ownership when creating a new entity. Then I will create a team for each client, where the team "Team Client A"  would include Client A as well as all the users in my company that are associated with that client. Then any of the records in that entity that are associated with Client A will be owned by the team "Team Client A."

Am I thinking about this correctly? When would making the ownership type "Organization" be the smartest move?

Thank you!

Never ever use organization owned. Always user/team. Even if there is no real owner of records you can assign the records to the business unit team. Many times people have used organization owned and lived to regret it. Your plan is good, I would add that just because a record is owned by a user or team doesn’t mean you need to restrict access to the entity, it just gives you the ability to should you ever have the need to.
