Plugin Filters not working when importing to Production

Hi guys,

We made a model driven app with a few Plugins. When importing from Test to Production everything is working but it seems like the plugin filters are not working. All Update plugins are filtered on 1/2 fields. However they are firing when other fields get updated in the same table.

Any of you experts ever had the same issue?

Best Regards,

Anthony

    Never seen that myself. You must be seeing a different issue surfacing somehow. The first thing I would check is the solution layers. If you're migrating as managed, I'd check to see if your Production environment has an unmanaged layer overwriting the managed one you're importing.

    Then I'd check the field definitions to make sure the fields you're trying to trigger on exist exactly as they do in Test.

    @cchannon ,

    So I first started checking solution layers. When looking at the Plug-in Steps they seem to have a unmanaged layer above the solution layer. It's only the Plug-in Steps which have this unmanaged layer above.

    For the rest of the solution it is only showing the solution Layer.

    After digging a bit deeper I found out the Plug-in Steps had a unmanaged layer because I started profiling them in Production after I imported them. On deleting the unmanaged layer it removed the (Profiled) from the step.

    I also checked field/table names. That is not the issue. Everything is the same as in Test Environment.

    Best Regards,

    Anthony
