Dataverse Storage limit notification - limit is 0

Hi,
We received a notification yesterday that we are over our dataverse storage limit (which is apparently 0).  We've been on our current licenses for years and this is the first time we have ever been notified of this.  Has something recently changed to the limits for certain licenses?  We are on a non profit plan that has 365 E3, power automate free, and Teams audio conferencing.  I am guessing it has something to do with the free version of power automate, but we have been on this for years and never received this notification before.  My questions are:  did something recently change and if so do we need to change our power automate license or is there another way to resolve this?
Thanks!

I believe this has the information you are looking for: Dataverse capacity-based storage overview - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn. I remember reading a news article that I cannot find that said Microsoft was doing some updated enforcement of policies and this affected things like this as they caught up with closing some loopholes.

This also is probably related, which was posted May 29, 2025: Dataverse capacity-based storage details - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn

But since I am not 100% positive, you may want to do some research or contact Microsoft directly through the admin portal. Or you can wait for additional responses from someone who knows for sure.

    Hi

From what you mentioned about using Microsoft 365, you're initially talking about Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 licenses don't give you storage space in Dataverse.

If you're getting this message, you should go to the Power Platform admin center and check if you've created an environment that includes Dataverse, which is causing the space increase and the alert message.

Another feature you may be using that impacts this is the creation of agents in Copilot Studio.

However, if none of this is happening, you shouldn't see this message since you're not using Dataverse. Dataverse isn't licensed with Microsoft 365, but rather with Power Apps Premium or Power Automate Premium licenses.
