Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have seen a lot of things on the community forums regarding this, but I have not seen a resolution.

I have created a chat bot for my company using the Copilot Studio and when deploying it on Teams, it is not pulling information through from our Company SharePoint site. When "testing" in the studio, it pulls all relevant information. When I enable the AI feature, it does answer some questions but this is basically Copilot via Teams. Which is helpful but not when it comes to company specifics.

I have tried No authentication and Only Teams authentication to no success.

Not sure if our infrastructure team would need to set this up in Azure?

Any new info on this would be helpful.
