Power App per app plan Capacity Information

Hello Everyone.

I'm looking for help about retrieving information of Power App passes:

I bought about 200 passes with the "Per App" licence and I'd like to quickly download which users have been assigned to.

I tried both Powershell "Get-PowerAppRoleAssignment" function and the visual "Analytics", neither of them is useful.

 

Could you help me?

    Hello @ribaldo,

     

    As of today, the only thing that we know is that Microsoft is aware of this : 

    "We are currently working on this report. Please check back again for more details. This report will be available in the Power Platform admin center." (cf. :

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/about-powerapps-perapp#when-will-i-be-able-to-see-the-list-of-users-who-are-using-the-power-apps-per-app-license.)

     

    The ETA of this feature was set for the Fall release :

    "We have been working to get analytics tooling in place and the current tentative ETA on the first iteration of it is set for the Fall release(which is usually released by the end of October)." (cf. : https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Governance-and/Power-App-Per-App-Licensing-Reporting/m-p/704491/highlight/true#M3441).

     

     

    If anyone has any info about this, I would be glad to read it, as I'm waiting on it before commiting to PowerApps Per App licenses.

    did they release this information for Per App Plan license, I still can't see it in the Admin center?
