I have turned off the Site Logo but the default one is still showing. If I change the logo to show and change it to a different logo the new logo displays but the minute I turn it off it goes back to the default one that came with the template. How do I get rid of it?
I have done this in our test/dev environment but this is our production environment and this is the first site in production I have created.
The postcard features the text “POWER PRO BOT DEFAULT AMOUNT 5000KSH.”
The background is a weathered, textured wall with subtle moss and cracks.
The lighting casts realistic shadows on the wall, emphasizing depth and dimension.
The logo itself is embossed or carved into the wall, blending seamlessly with the environment.
Alright. Try this alternative way @DawnP .
Please uncomment your code back to the default.
In Portal Management
1. Under Content> Content Snippets > search for "logo" and pick the right logo URL. Example below for your kind reference
2. Change the value to empty. Make sure you are editing the right content snippet for your website. The easy way to identify is to filter by website. Highlighted again for your kind reference
3. Hit save and close.
PS: You may see the logo in the editor but if you sync and preview the logo will go away for sure.

In Design Studio
1. Press the sync configuration and preview the website. Press "Ctrl+F5"
Hope it helps.

I commented it out rather then deleting (In Portal Management since I couldn't edit code!), and followed your steps and it is still there!
Thank you! Unfortunately I cannot access the Edit Code area but I can download the files to my pc and edit them and then upload them. Which file are you editting?
