Power Automate to Download Dataverse Data from Power App

Just getting started on Power Automate and hoping I can get some assistance. I am especially new with JSON coding, so having quite a bit of difficulty with working in Power Automate. However, I am trying my darnest, and hoping a little push would help me get going on this project!

Details

I have a list box and a check box on my Power App. The list box contains a list of markets (e.g.: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) while the check box is simply "All Markets". These two items create a collection named "MarketListing" (if "All Markets" is selected, the collection will be blank). There is a "Download Reporting" button that will activate the flow.

Goal

When the flow is activated, it will determine if All Markets or specific market(s) are selected based on a condition (I am currently using length of MarketListing to determine this). Based on this, my Dataverse table will be pulled either completely or filtered based on the values in the MarketListing collection.

How do I accomplish this? I have tried many, many iterations (even using ChatGPT to assist) but I keep receiving errors. Can someone provide a quick overview, as well as maybe some code to help me start? Any assistance will be much appreciated. Thank you!

Are you having trouble with the flow or with sending your prompt to Power Automate flow?

You can use following video as a guide on how to export data to excel using power automate. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQCBWMR7T64

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers.
