Hello,

I need your help.
Could you tell where those environments are coming from ?
- dojo devops
- Microsoft (default)
- Modern Approvals...

How could I remove them ?

Thank you for your help.

    Hi @vicheval,

Further to that, have a read at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/environments-overview. It will give you a little more details on the concept of environments. It states:

"An environment will show up in your picker if you meet one of the following conditions:

    • You are a member of the Environment Admin role for the environment.
    • You are a member of the Environment Maker role for the environment.
    • You are not an Environment Admin or Environment Maker of the environment, but you have been given 'Contributor' access to at least one app within the environment. For more information, see share an app. In this case, you will not be able to create apps in this environment. You will only be able to modify the existing apps that have been shared with you."

    Hi,

Yes HShield is correct. I would work with your manager first and go from there.

    Regards,

    Alex

    Hi @vicheval

Those environments were most likely created by a colleague and they have given you Environment Maker permissions in those environments.  But you are not an Administrator of the environments.  That is why they appear in the Maker portal but not the Admin portal.

You could contact your IT administrator to find out who owns the environments and have yourself removed as a Maker.  However, it's not going to hurt having access to those environments.

Note: you can't get rid of the (Default) environment.
