Hello All,
Greetings for the day!
We have chatbot in PVA for software installation on employee's machine via teams conversations,
Flow runs fine but some times in between desktop flow(Powershell script) runs and some times desktop flow(Powershell script) not runs.
Could some one help why some times desktop flow(Powershell script) not running
in above image powershell_unristricted flow n

Hi @itsmegovardhan,
Do you know if the same flow works when run manually outside of the context of PVA?
Cloud flows that are run from PVA have 100 seconds to get to the step "Return value(s) to Power Virtual Agents".
If you have long running logic in your flow, consider placing it after the return to PVA step, so that it doesn't time out.

No errors from flow checker,
But we are getting response within that 100 seconds only,
That desktop flow sometimes triggers, sometimes not.
I'm not sure what the problem is. Please open a support request following these steps:
