Creating a Chart using more than one SharePoint List as a source

Hello,

I am currently making an application that will create charts using various SharePoint Lists as sources and I wanted to see if this was even possible.

Both Lists have several columns but each column has a similar structure. It starts off with a questions column (two different versions) and then several columns with the names of items that are number columns.

I started off with a cascading dropdown to see if it was possible for me to then connect that to a chart and use the two SharePoint lists to then create various different charts based on what you would like to see on the chart. There would be an overarching chart of 4 overarching themes that would then be able to get more specific using another dropdown.
