Publish BOT to Ms Team

Hi Everyone, 

 

I have published my PVA bot on Ms Team, I have a few questions as following: 

 

1. Only can publish default BOT at the moment? (I have renamed my BOT name using coding, my concern is BOT in Ms Team showing the old name)

 

2. How does end user search/use this BOT from Ms Team? I can't see it listed as Apps when i search it in catalog.

(I suppose end users can use it once I published, maybe i missed some steps)

 

3. I tried out the BOT in Ms Team, every time i reopen the BOT, it will stays on previous conversation. There is no option to refresh?

 

Appreciate if you can share your experience on above questions.

    Hi @Leeyong88 ,

     

    1- Today, you cannot rename the Bot inside the MS Teams. Per default, the bot will use the same name that you create your chatbot.

    But Microsoft is working on it.

    2- You can distribute your app around your tenant using this documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/publication-add-bot-to-microsoft-teams#distribute-your-microsoft-teams-bot

     

    3- You can use the start over command to restart the conversation with the Bot inside the conversation.

    Thanks @renatoromao for your comments. I guess I didn't have administrator access on Ms Team that why it is not listed even i have it publish, will contact my IT team to discuss on it.
