hallo,

i have created an app and i had to import a custom component (in the solutions). the app is created in the default environment. I get a message that no database is created in this environment and i dont have the rights to create one.

the Plan is  'Power Apps for Office 365'.

my questions are

Can a database be created so i can import the solution?

Do i have to have certain role?

Where/How can this role be granted to a user?

I do not want to create a new environment .

thank you in advance

    Hi @marial16,

Thats correct, the plans included with Microsoft 365 does not include premium features/connectors such as Dataverse.

    Hi @marial16,

Dataverse is a premium feature. As a result, you would require a Power Apps Per User or Per App license. You will also require the Environment Admin role to provision a database.

I would not recommend provisioning Dataverse in your default environment because all users have maker access to that environment.

More information on managing environment access is documented here
