Publishing Canvas to Specific SharePoint List

Hi,

Newbie here 🙂

I have a canvas that is linked to a specific SharePoint List.

Now, when I am creating a new query using my Microsoft List, it shows the default form instead of the form created using PowerApps.

I would like to ask if you can provide the steps needed to publish my canvas to my Microsoft List?

Here's my canvas:

And here's my Microsoft List:

    Hi @ComicSansrival ,

How did you created the form? I mean did you created it from SharePoint List by clicking on below steps:

And can you also confirm whether in list setting > Form Setting

If not, then click on Customize in PowerApps link which is shown in above screenshot, it will open the canvas app with SharePoint integration like below:

And after publishing it from top right corner button the form will be published. You need to wait for few seconds. Refresh the SharePoint list browser and published form should be available for you.

    Hi,

I already tried this one, but it is the one I am expecting.

Here's the form for the SharePoint List when I click integrate app:

And here's the view I am expecting:

These are two different files, the one is already integrated to my List and the other is a canvas but all attributes are link to the very same list I am pertaining to.

Hi @ComicSansrival , You need to copy all your control from your 2nd form that you design and then paste it to first form that has SharePoint integration. Please check this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/app-from-sharepoint

Also check this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFzd5qwS4-c

Follow the steps mentioned in above video, which can help you design the form as per your requirement.
