When I use send email service it asked me it uses sendgrid. I also get an email from Microsoft PowerApps and Flow <microsoft@powerapps.com>.

is this out of box powerapps email service but internally uses sendgrid?

Also in the footer user gets

If you'd like to unsubscribe and stop receiving these emails click here.

if user unsubscribe how to activate it again?

    Hi AmitLoh-Powerap,

When you using the “Send email” action, an email from microsoft@powerapps.com would be sent to you.

I test this action from my side, when an email is sent to my email address, there is a message looks like below in the body:

After I clicked “click here” button, no more email was sent to my email address. I haven’t found a way to active it again. I am still trying to find if there is a way to active it again.

I will back to you once I got a way.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao

Hi @v-yamao-msft  I think you misunderstood the question.

@AmitLoh-Powerap you should not use Sendgrid but use Office 365 Outlook instead.  Please see below.

    thanks!

Let me know if sendgrid should not be used because it shows up as a service(can you put this notice in powerapps service and mention that sendgrid should not be used although its available as a service?)

You can use Sendgrid, but you should be aware that it is a third party service.

I assumed that you were just looking for a way to send an email.  Then the default service should be Office 365.

    I hope this is clear.
