error when downloading file from dataverse entity

i write this code in order to download a  file from dataverse column , but an error occur.

 
Download("https://<"my enV URL">/api/data/v9.2/<cr2fb_tableforfile>(<cr2fb_newcolumn>)/<cr2fb_file>/$value")

this is what shows when clik on download. any suggestion?
