Sequential number challenge

Hi community, I have an unusual request for a customer (don't ask why). They would a column in a Dataverse table which acts like a index for new rows with a few conditions.

8 digits in length
Seed value is 50001112
Is sequential
The same number shouldn't appear more than 3 times in a row

Example.

56663390 is ok
50333344 should be skipped

Keen to see your solutions (can be a Power Apps, Power Automate or Dataverse - Formula solution)

I think you can write code (plugin) in dataverse. In Plugin you can set some expression to skip these numbers. Or use auto number but register one plugin on create which check if there is these type of number then record should not be create and someone need to add 1 in seed number but as it is manual work so not recommended.

I can think one more solution, you can create one other table and store all these type of number in that table then you can skip these type number during the creation of record.
