I have prepared a comprehensive suggested prompt for the agent user. However, given its length and complexity, it may be challenging for users to implement directly in Teams, both due to its size and the need for them to fully understand it. To assist with customization, I have included placeholders for users to modify as needed.
I attempted to enhance readability by adding text formatting, such as Markdown-style elements, but discovered that Outlook-supported formatting is not available in this Suggested Prompt environment. I also tried basic formatting like line breaks, but even those are not supported through standard methods.
One solution I found is that HTML tags do work, but only when inserted via the adaptive cards displayed when the agent is first added to a Teams chat. This could be a viable approach for future formatting improvements.
I am writing to seek guidance and support regarding formatting limitations within a Microsoft Teams integrated agent.
