Allow access to everyone with in the company to 1 file in One Drive Business being used as a data source

It was brought to my attention that the data source excel file on my one drive for Business the tester needed to have access. which I do not mind, as all they will have view permissions to allow them to see the info presented in the PowerApps App.

The thing is I have a lot of people in the organization.

Is there a way to give everyone access to the PowerApps Data source Excel file without sending all of them an email when giving Share - view access to the Data?

or is there another way of using the excel file as a Data source ?

Hi @SPS-DEV-22,

If you don’t want to send an email to everyone when sharing the excel file, I recommend you uncheck the “send email” box to users. You have to scroll down the page to see it and many forget to uncheck it since it is checked by default.

Also, hopefully you have a permissions group set up that you don’t have to add everyone individually in your company.

Yes, I found that if you click 'advance' it will allow for who gets an email.

Issue is resolved
