When I am trying to rewire(connecting) a topic to a question in the chatbot workflow it is showing error : Something went wrong
Retry and Refresh Your Browser, Session ID: <id>
When I inspect and checked in console it shows
"DOMException: Failed to execute 'querySelector' on 'Document': '#1234567_default_receptor' is not a valid selector."

Are you using Microsoft Edge or Chrome?
Try a different browser to check if the problem is related to the browser or environment.

I am using Chrome, but I also tried with Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge and getting the same issue when I am trying to (rewire)connect a topic to a question in the chatbot workflow.
