Confused on Managing PowerApps per App Plan

I'm an admin.  I had a grandfathered Azure SQL app and I made changes to it.  It is saying users have a trial license so I'm assuming I need to buy per app plans and assign that app to a user.  I can't find a webpage to do that.  How do you manage per app plans?  For example,  I do a lot of experiments so I'll create an app and run an experiment then remove app.

    Hi @mogulman,

Depending if your organisation is on CSP plan or not but general licensing are managed in Office 365 Admin portal where you'll have to purchase and assign the license to users there. Have you tried that?

    Cheers

    Hi @mogulman

    Hope you're well.

If you've not seen this, here's a useful page. This describes the process of purchasing, and allocating the per-app licenses.

The power apps per app plan differs from the previous licenses in that it is a license that assigns a license to an environment and gives users the right to use the app by sharing it.

You can find out more at the link that @timl replied to.
