How To Merge 2 Data Card

Hi All,

I have designed my Power Apps form as you can see in "power.png" attachments below.

Therefore, I have inserted the rectangle shape inside the datacard. Since I cannot merge the 2 datacards, I insert another rectangle shape into the 2nd datacard. The problem is there's slightly a line that separates the two, as you can see in the "myDesign.png". This weird because the height if the rectangle and datacard is the same.

Is there any better approach to make sure no visible line?

     @_kikilalaaa ,

    I tried to replicate this - I assume the rectangle is the background of the card and is filled with blue.

    I got not line whatever I tried UNTIL I set the card border OR rectangle border to 1 and border colour to white and then saw exactly what you have.

    You might this as you should not have a white line if the cards are on top of each other. You might also try filling the card with blue instead of the rectangle (if this is what you have done).

    Hi,

    I already set the border to "None", set the size to 0, and set the color to RGBA (0,0,0,0). But it still didnt work tho. How do you set the card on top of each other? As far as I know, we cant do that because they can only on beside each other.

    Yes @_kikilalaaa ,

    Cards cannot sit "on top" of each other. Another thought - is the rectangle at a Y of 0 and exactly the same height as the card?

    Hi, I have considering that option also but I just realize that since it is datacard inside the form, the Y for the next datacard will start as 0. It will not continue from previous datacard's height. Plus I have a concern since I need to make the border for the sections like the example below, do you think it is even possible? because there's no choice of border right, border left, border top and bottom. or is there but i don't know?

    Hi @_kikilalaaa ,

    You must have a reason for this, but why the rectangles? You could simply set the Fill of the cards.

    In answer to your question, no unlike Excel, you cannot set individual border elements.

    I used rectangles for some of the datacard only. I used the shapes to create distance between 2 sections. Other than that, I just fill the cards. But, even when I fill the cards, i can still see tiny white line. Not sure if this because of my laptop or what

    OK @_kikilalaaa ,

    Sorry no more ideas
