Hi, I need your help with this error
This happens when we try to publish to all members of the organization or when I want to use the “Test your chat bot” option in the editor. We already had a ticket with Microsoft, but still no response from them. has anyone seen this and can help us?
Regards!
Hi @MarceBoni ,
Do you have a proper license to use Copilot Studio for Teams?
The parameter means "subscriptionId error" which probably is related to the license or permission.
In parallel, you could try to sign out and sign in again and publish the bot again.
Hi Renato, thanks for your reply.
Until last week we could edit and publish without problems. There was a massive problem with not being able to login to edit, which was solved with a fix implemented over the weekend.Since that deploy, we can't publish or test only one of the chatbots we developed. We are two users with the same error, but I tried logging out and logging back in but still the same error.I also tried to publish it from another machine and it didn't work either.
For those who come to this post with an error similar to the above, I am informed that yesterday was released an update for Copilot Studio in Teams, due to incidents reported in different tenants.
