Hi All,
my powerapps app has two forms, one to make a request and other to view/ edit that request. When ever I made new request all the details are populated in sharepoint list and when view/ edit in my app it get the details for that list. My problem here is While creating a new request when I put in some notes it gets added in sharepoint list but when View/edit that for only the notes section data is not populated, all other data is getting populated.
what I need here is whenever I go to view/edit form i want my notes also to be populate for that particular request.

2. New Request page. When I save this the data is populated in sharepoint list.
3. View or Edit Request page is a same as New Request page which displays what ever the information is saved from New Request. My problem here is everything is loading except the the Notes section in View or Edit Request page, but it is there in sharepoint.
