Hello,
I am having an issue where some users of my app are seeing incomplete data from galleries.

All galleries are based on filtered Sharepoint lists.

When I (the admin) open the app, I can see complete data on the galleries (all items). But when some users access it, they only see a portion of the list items. I also note from my Analytics charts that some users are accessing (very) older versions of the app player. I have no idea why this is happening, since I have shared the app with those users at the latest version.

UPDATE! I was able to solve the issue.

A long time ago, I have set my Sharepoint List to require admin approval when someone edited its items.

I just didn't know that all the edits I did as admin would also require my own approval. So I found out that every item I added to the list after I changed this setting, was sitting on a ˜Pending approval˜ section of the list. I was able to see those items on Powerapps, but all other users were not.

I finally removed the approval setting (I think it would solve the issue to approve all items as well, but I didn't want to go through the hassle), and now everyone is able to see the items.

I just still don't know how it's possible for users to be running such older versions of the app, since I only shared the app with them after I published a newer version.. but still.. my biggest issue is resolved.
