My test account is not able to access a model driven app I have built in a new sandbox environment, but CAN access a model driven app built in a sandbox environment in a our older dynamics 365 environment. I have reviewed all permissions and everything should be good to go.
Currently the test account has 'PowerApps and Logic Flows' license, when the account is given 'Microsoft Power Apps Plan 2 Trial' it can access both apps. The big mystery is why can the account access and use the older D365 app, but not the new app when given the most basic permissions.
Anyone have any ideas?
