Saving PDF attachment from email to OneDrive power automate also creates an extra file that is type is file

I have created a flow that when an email come in from a power BI with a specific subject line it will save the attached PDF file to a folder in my one drive. When the PDF is created I also get an other file created with a random name and the file type is file. Has any one else seen this and know why it does this? I also tried to create a flow that would take the email from power bi with the PDF file and extract the PDF and send a new email, but it sends two email one with the PDF file and one with the random file that is type is file.

Anchov here are the screen shots to the flow to save PDF to One drive. Let me know if you need any further info.
