as the topic, do we need to create the apps & flow in the solution on every project? Is it necessary?
In my understanding, the solution will help us to do the ALM if you are the developer or move those components from the test environment to production.
but if we are the normal users, what kind of scenario that the users need to create the solution for their apps & flows?
Note: the condition is they can access only the default environment.
