Our phones got an update to powerapps 3.18054.17 and since the update the Pen Input functionality is not capturing a smooth continuous input - so if you draw a line - you get dots or short strokes.
Thanks for reporting this.
A bug has been created internally to track this issue.
I will let you know the results once there is any new process.
