The scenario is that I want to have a Data-verse table that would hold the topics and related questions (FAQ) and have the PVA change the topic content based on the table. The content of the table is manageable from a Power App. So for each of the topics in the table the PVA should have corresponding topic (including the relevant trigger questions), and use the related answers. The table content could be:

Topic Trigger Questions Answers

VacationWhen is the next public holidayMay 1st
WorktimeDo we work on SundaysNormally not, but please ask your manager

 

For any of the topics, the same flow should occur.

 

Any hints/help appreciated.

    I'm not aware of any way to implement dynamic topics in a Bot at this point.  There is no Flow action available to do it and no way to tie topics directly to a custom Dataverse table.  You might be able to figure out a way to do this on demand in the authoring editor using Suggested topics, but that is as close as I think you will get at this point.
