Hello,

 

I'm a global admin and also owner of an app. I'm seeing this error when I try to share it with any internal user:

 

"You don't have permission to share apps in this environment. Learn more: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2157835."

 

I rolled out another app last month and shared no problem. Just as a check, I went back to that app and I'm unable to share with anyone else now.

 

Has anyone encountered this?

    I have as well. When I attempted to share a Canvas App using the Everyone option I got the "The ability to share with everyone is restricted to specific admins. Learn more: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2157835."  even though I am a site owner, and farm admin. And yes, it's really wreaked havoc on all my other Power Apps that use that option. 
     
    According to the post - Secure the default environment - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn, the feature is now disabled by default. Not fun at all.
     
    I have to share the app individually or, as they recommend, create a security group.
