I can't deactivate the "Allow the agent to use general knowledge" option

I can't deactivate the "Allow the agent to use general knowledge" option. Why? The button is grayed out and unclickable.

    It could be simply a bug. Click it wait an hour see if it turns off,
    Try incognito mode
    clear cache
    different browser
     
    or its the type of agent and settings you have.

    Unfortunately, none of that helped. The button remains gray. What other setting could it be related to, since you mentioned it could also be the agent type?

    Hi,

    I had the same problem and was able to fix it:
     

    1. Go to "Settings" > "Generative AI."

    2. Enable "Generative Orchestration".

    3. The switch “Allow the agent to use general knowledge” becomes active.

    4. Enable it.

    5. Now, if you disable “Generative Orchestration” again, the toggle stays preserved in its current state.
