Limit access to Microsoft 365 Global Admin/Power Platform Admin

Hi!

 

I build and app and it contains a lot of sensitive data. I can't find a way to prevent a Microsoft 365 Global Admin or a Power Platform Admin from not seeing those tables. Is it better to use SQL in this case? 

 

Appreciate your advice.

    Hello, thanks for reaching out. 

    There is no way to limit Global admin or system admin from accessing data in the dataverse. Those are typically trusted roles within the organization limited to a few individuals with access to sensitive data. FYI if you created an Azure SQL database or azure server with SQL the Global Admin would still have access to that data.
