Extract information from receipts

Hello

I'm looking into automating expense receipt processing for our finance dept here in the UK. I've looked at the pre-built model for this within AI-Builder but it states it only supports US based receipts at present. Should i still try and use this or would it be advisable to use extract custom information from documents model instead?

In your flow, you could use the prebuilt by default and fall back to a custom model when all required fields are not extracted.
You would add to your custom model only samples not properly extracted by the prebuilt.

Use the unstructured model and add 2-3 sample per layout and up to 50 differents samples in the same collection.

Hopefully, only few collections should be enough to capture all your layouts.
