Excel document in knowledge base

Hi!
 
I am trying to add an excel document to the knowledge base of the agent I have created. Doing this via SharePoint is not possible as the document doesn't show up to be in the folder it sits in. When dragging and dropping I get the following message:

 
Has anyone encountered this problem as well?

    pls test by uploading directly to knowledge base:
    Use the manual upload functionality in your Knowledge Base interface: Go to the Knowledge Base where you’re adding the document. Click Add File or Upload Document (depending on your interface). Browse and upload the Excel file directly from your system.
