Table.Selected value return blank

I am developing an internal application for my company using the latest Modern Table control. I have named my Modern Table TablePending and added a Modern Button called Check in the footer section. In the Display Mode property of the Check button, I used the following code: If(IsBlank(TablePending.Selected.Title), DisplayMode.View, DisplayMode.Edit). However, the button remains in View mode even when I select a row from the Modern Table. Please see the screenshot below. And TablePedning.Selected Value return blank as well. Is that known issue of MS?

Hi

I have just tested your code on a similar setup and it works if Title column has a value.

Are you sure that you have values in the title column?

Try to use one of the other columns instead of title or just . selected as this If(IsBlank(TablePending.Selected), DisplayMode.View, DisplayMode.Edit)

Only to add to what @Solutionm8 said, as I believe they have it correct.

What Column in your picture represents the Title? And can you share a picture of the SharePoint List behind it? Or is that a Collection in which you can look at variables, collection and see what is in Title

Hi @Solutionm8, really appreciate for your point out. but those code work well for couple of data rows. Not for large data set. I'm still working on it.

This one should work for large data, because it is relying on what you have selected in your control and not the underlying data source
If(IsBlank(TablePending.Selected), DisplayMode.View, DisplayMode.Edit)

It looks like the warning is right next to your table control in the newest image you provided. Without knowing the warning massage, it looks like a delegation warning. A different problem than first one. So you might have written a non delegable filter or sort function in your items property on the table control, that needs to be corrected.
