We've recently implemented a billing policy to track Copilot Message consumption, but it currently only reflects usage from agents labelled as 'Built by Microsoft'.
Our organization has several custom agents created in Copilot Studio that are actively used, yet their message consumption isn't appearing in the reports.
I think uyour screenshot is probably from the M365 dashboard but if you are interested on check the message consumption of copilot studio agentes try one of these alternatives:
