I have also been trying to use the Outlook 365 plugins and so far it's been giving SystemErrors every time. Is it still like that on your end as well?
I've been testing a lot with the plugins function in co-pilot studio and I encountered several system errors. Some plugins work amazingly well. On the other hand some do not.. For instance: Get Events Outlook 365 and Fill Word Template
I am sorry to hear that. Our team is constantly monitoring the errors and is working on the fixes that include better error messages or removing the error completely.
When you say plugin, do you mean new plugin actions functionality? If you provide more information, including how your actions were set up and when do you get errors, this will help to solve them. For the better quality of this forum, could you plz create a new forum thread?
Sorry for hi-jacking the thread, but it seems to be a lot of SystemError generated in Copilot Studio Plugins, that are hard to troubleshot. Any input here? We can't run to Customer support for every error..

There is a bug that you get the system error instead of user-friendly error message, we will address that.
The cause of the error is that the real return type is a record and your chatbot expects a string. You should change the response data type and use "From sample data" to get a nice typed record type.
