Latency between Copilot Studio and Sharepoint

I have a document that contains information about some links. But after updating the Document in Sharepoint, copilot not aswerred with updated information, instead it gave old info.

Have you refreshed your knowledgment base?

Maybe there is a delay when updating, Omnichannel for example has a 15 minutes delay to apply any update in the app.

Copilot studio uses the Search Index to respond to Generative Answers.

You may need to check the frequency of the search index or crawling. If you have large amount of data, you may expect a delay(5-10 mins) based on the search crawling.
