I am studying the properties of a created powerapp from sharepoint list. Select(Parent) on BrowseScreen1 has me a bit confused. Navigate(EditScreen1) makes more sense to me and does the same thing. There is no Parent item on powerapp designer and no reference to "Parent" I can see. Is there examples and readup on the select command I can see that can shed some light here?

This is often the default OnSelect function for a label in a Gallery. This would make clicking the label, also click the item in the gallery, and make it the SelectedItem of the Gallery.

Parent is the Browse gallery which has the navigation code to the details screen
