AI Models (Prediction & Invoice Processing) stuck on training for 6 days / 8 hours)

Hi, as per the subject, I've two AI models that are stuck on training/retraining, and I can't seem to delete them or do much to stop or delete them.  First time this has happened to me since using the platform.

 

Seems like a semi-regular issue, but is there a fix in the admin centre I can apply to 'refresh' the environments?  Or should I hold out for an tech support to take a look?

    You should be able to delete models.

    If you are still having trouble deleting models, please open a support case.
