Try detection multiple objects of an entity from user input

Is there a documentation or method available to detect multiple objects of the same entity from the user's input without using regex?
For example: User input - 'I want to buy 2 blankets and 3 pillows'.
Here blankets and pillows belong to the 'order_item' entity, and then the numerics 2,3 are the 'order_quantity' entity.

The detection of them through a entity 'list' is not working in the classic mode.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Hello,

what about using generative answers to extract this info? Have you tried this way? Giving the user's response as an input and instructing to extract relevant information.

Let me know how it goes.

In case of any other questions, let me know. If the answer helped you, mark it, so that others can benefit from it.

For your scenario, there is no direct way to extract the information.

As a workaround, you can try the below.

You can pass on the User Question to a Custom Prompt (using AI builder) to summarize and extract the text as required in required format.
Based on the output from the Custom Prompt Action, you can parse and set the variables as required.

    Ref:

Inside the AI builder, you can use Summarize text function instead of what is provided in the blog.

I would suggest you can also try using this approach of populating the variables using Inputs in Topics instead of using Entity Regex.

    Thanks.
