What happened when your trial environment DB over capacity?

Hi all,

 

I have a trial environment that seems over capacity. What can we do about this ? is there possibility to add some more spaces ?

    Hi @Voltes,

    Do you mean that you have a trail environment and it has been over capacity?

    Actually, if you have a trail environment and the storage is over capacity, there is no way to expand the capacity for the trail environment.

    As an alternative solution, you could try to buy our license, per app or per user, and you could own an environment that you could expand the capacity.
