Hello all.
I have a internal notice system .. Notices need to get approved then it gets the id .. We need the id to be like 001/2020 or 001/20 , an incremental number then the Year .. Any ideas how to get this done ?

Do you store these in a database or in SharePoint? If you do use something like SharePoint then you can have SharePoint create the unique auto-increment ID for you. You can create a new view in SharePoint and show the "ID" field. This can then be returned to PowerApps.
Maybe knowing more about the process will help. What it seems like to me is that you are doing the following:
1) notices are created and sent for approval
2) notices are approved/rejected (this is where you want the auto-increment number?)
3) edited based on step 2
4) etc...
It is a sharepoint site yes .. The id column will get the id once the row is created i need the id to be created when it get approved from powerapps .. Notice are created on powerapps and a mail sent to the approver with a link to the edit and approve screen on power apps so if there is any edit to be done and then approval button .. Mangment needs the number to be created once gets approved .
